Misuto
Experience a fusion of Spanish cuisine and sushi at Misuto, a restaurant located in the Malaga fishing neighbourhood of Pedregalejo.
Sushi Master Rui Junior, formerly of Óleo Restaurant, and Chef Alejandro Salido, who was head chef at Restaurante Asako, have come together to create a unique dining destination, combining the freshness and quality of a sushi bar with creatively refreshed traditional Spanish dishes.
Misuto, meaning “mist” in Japanese, offers innovative takes on Spanish classics such as Iberian pork cheek croquettes served on a bed of delicate potato mousse, and lobster tartare with shrimp.
For those who love sushi, Misuto’s menu includes various maki rolls and mixed platters of Nigiri, Maki, Teramaki and Sashimi, making it easy to explore different flavours centred around fresh fish, including salmon, butterfish, tuna, shrimp and scallops.
Misuto’s concept also extends beyond food to a carefully curated wine selection, with a particular focus on wines from Malaga province.
