Restaurante Coreano Chingu
If you’re craving authentic Korean cuisine in Malaga, look no further than Chingu!
With a diverse menu, authentic flavours and a modern-yet-cosy ambience, your server will take you on a culinary journey through the flavours of Korea (if you dare!)
At Chingu, they serve a wide array of dishes that showcase the true essence of Korean cuisine, from delicious classics like bulgogi (marinated grilled beef), bibimbap (mixed rice bowl), haemul pajeon (seafood pancake) and kimchi (fermented vegetables) to the full barbecue experience.
With each table boasting its own hot plate in the middle, if they wish, diners can take control of the grilling process themselves, allowing them to grill the meats to their preferred level of doneness and seasoning.
The signature barbecue plate selection comes with a mix of pork, beef, chicken, langoustines, bacon and mushrooms with various spices and sauces. Once cooked, you’re encouraged to shovel up the meats using a large lettuce leaf.
And, like with any good barbecue, you can wash the food down with a nice cold Korean beer.
While Chingu is located just behind the main María Zambrano train station, it’s well worth the trip outside the city centre.
