Torre del Mar International Air Show
The Festival Aéreo Internacional Torre del Mar, or the Torre del Mar International Air Show, is held annually in the coastal town of Torre del Mar, around 30 kilometres east of Malaga.
It’s one of the most anticipated aviation events in Europe. This spectacular display of aerial prowess takes place over the beautiful Mediterranean coastline, attracting around 300,000 aviation enthusiasts from around the world each year as summer turns to autumn.
A wide variety of aircraft
The air show features a wide variety of aircraft, from military jets to vintage planes and modern aerobatic teams.
The high-speed manoeuvres, stunning formations and precision flying are thrilling to witness, offering something for everyone, from seasoned aviation buffs to families seeking an unforgettable experience.
The show’s highlights often include performances by the Spanish Air Force’s Patrulla Águila and international teams such as the Frecce Tricolori from Italy or the Red Arrows from the UK.
Beyond the dazzling aerial displays, the event offers visitors a chance to explore static exhibits, meet pilots and learn more about aviation technology. Local vendors and cultural activities also enhance the experience, making it a full day of entertainment.
The 2024 Torre del Mar International Air Show
