Four floors of videogame nostalgia
Do you fondly recall your days spent playing on the Super Nintendo? Visits to arcades with your parents, or receiving your first Gameboy from your grandparents? Perhaps you’re curious about which gaming generation you belong to. These questions and more await you at the OXO Videogame Museum, where four floors brim with excitement, memories and fun.
On the ground floor, as you step into the museum, you’re greeted by a modern-designed entrance, complete with a shop and reception area. The journey begins with a five-minute immersive experience, where you’re transported into the heart of a video game, feeling like a part of the action.
On the first floor, lies an extensive collection of gaming consoles spanning nine generations. Whether you owned them in the past or yearn to replay them now, most consoles are ready for you to enjoy. Special highlights include a giant Gameboy, NES and a Playstation setup for indulging in classics like Crash Bandicoot, Tetris or Super Mario Bros.
Stepping onto the second floor is stepping into a realm of temporary exhibitions dedicated to well-known video game titles such as God of War, Call of Duty and Animal Crossing. Immerse yourself in the lore and evolution of these iconic games.
Finally, on the third floor, prepare for a blast from the past as you encounter giant arcade machines. Challenge your friends to a game of Pong, navigate through mazes in Pac-Man, fend off alien invaders in Space Invaders, or dive into the world of virtual reality with a VR simulator.
